Philosophy Professor Ben Levinstein studying Artificial Intelligence through Mellon Grant

Ben Levinstein is professor of philosophy at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Epistemology and Decision Theory.

In 2020, Professor Ben Levinstein was awarded a multi-year Mellon grant to study artificial intelligence and how it makes decisions. Professor Levinstein was recently featured in an article from the College of LAS that further discusses the scope and purpose of his ongoing research.
